So I know I’m a little late to the game, but I need to talk about Benefit Cosmetics’ Cheekathon Blush and Bronzer Palette!
OMG! If you haven’t checked this palette out yet at your local Sephora store then you are severely missing out.
This palette comes with 5 FULL PANS of blushes and bronzers for an AMAZING price of $58.00 ($145 value). Most of the time when you are getting a palette, you’re getting what seem like “sample sizes” of the actual products because a palette is usually giving you a great deal money-wise, but it gets you to try more of the brand’s products in a compact way.
Well, Benefit hit this one out of the park! They didn’t re-design the wheel because they didn’t have to! They took 5 of their most popular blushes and bronzers and put them in a palette so you can have the convenience of them all in one place!
So what’s inside? You get Dallas, Dandelion, CORALista, Rockateur, and Hoola matte bronzer; PLUS a natural bristle brush that is perfect for applying your blushes and bronzers!
Let’s break it down…
Dallas– This is a beautiful dusty rose blush that can be used as a blush or could be used as a nice contour shade for a medium skin tone.
Dandelion– This pretty pink blush is the perfect shade to get those baby pink kissed cheeks! This could be used on most skin types but would look especially pretty on fair skin.
CORALista– The name says it all, a luscious coral color blush that will be super pretty on a pretty tanned face this summer!
Rockateur– This blush has a very pretty rose gold shade to it that is going to give you the perfect amount of shimmer! Again, another beautiful color for summer (or all year round).
Hoola Matte Bronzer– Ummm, if you haven’t heard about this bronzer then you might be living under a rock… This matte bronzer is everything and can work on most all skin tones! I personally have been loving this shade and even though you can get this as a single pan, it’s what sold me on getting the actual palette!
This palette is perfect for traveling because it gives you a nice variety of blushes/bronzer options without having to have a ton of little compacts. The palette is bigger in size, but I would say it’s the perfect size and it’s not heavy at all!
Am I glad I bought it? Hell yes! Should you buy it? Well, of course I’m going to say YES! You won’t be disappointed with this palette, especially for the cost!
